Shipping Time

✦ Mails are shipping out between 26-30th each month from Sweden.
Please allow 7 days for the mail to arrive after the fulfillment for Sweden & up to 6 weeks internationally. If your mail hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, you can reach out to hello@meilcan.com to inform us. 

Sign-up period

✦ The monthly sign-up for each edition closes on the 20th (CEST timezone). If you sign up after the 20th of the month, you will receive the next month's edition as your first. 
(Example: If you sign up on December 21st, you will receive January's edition instead).

Tracking

✦ Pen Pals tier mails will be mailed with untracked shipping to keep the costs low.
✦ Pin Pals pin club tier has options for untracked or tracked shipping. Please choose your shipping area accordingly.

Enamel Pin Grading

✦ Pin regarded as standard grade will be included in the mail. Standard grade means there might still be slight imperfections but they aren't that noticeable. Due to the nature of each pins being handmade, it's impossible to find the perfect pin. B-grade & leftover pins (if any) will be available for purchase on the following month.

How do I manage or cancel my subcription?

✦ You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through "Manage my subscription" tab or go here: https://meilcan.com/pages/manage-your-membership

Time Travel Mails - Purchasing the previous edition set

✦ (Coming soon). They will be available on the following month after the latest sign-up period is over. Example: if you want to buy January set, they will available in February.
Time Travel Mails will be regarded as a normal listing where shipping fee is not included.
