US Shipping & Tariffs
As of the 24th of October, 2025, PostNord Sweden has reopened shipments to the United States in compliance with the new tariffs and import rules. We are now resuming shipments to the United States.
Some changes applied include:
Shopping from the US will encounter are shipping fees that include PostNord's handling fees. You will see a new separate line at checkout that specifies the amount of tariff fees calculated automatically depending on the products in the shopping cart.
What happens:
You as the customer is the one who will pay for the duties during checkout. The amount of duties collected will be paid to Postnord, which then will be sent by them to the US government.
As per PostNord's press release, the full tariff amounts are invoiced to us by PostNord after shipping orders, and are ultimately collected by Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This means you do not need to pay any fees on arrival. You can read the full press release here (in Swedish): https://group.postnord.com/sv/nyheter-och-press/postnord-pressmeddelanden/2025/postnord-ar-en-av-de-forsta-postoperatorerna-att-ateruppta-leveranser-till-usa-och-puerto-rico-for-alla-kunder/
Unfortunately, this is out of my control as this is the only way to comply to the US new tariffs regulations and avoid shipping issues. We understand any frustration that may be caused by this and thank you so much for understanding as well.
Much love & quacks,
Duckie & Meil.
