- We are shipping from Sweden, Europe.
- Orders will be mailed with stamped envelope (flat mail) by default which doesn't include tracking. Different shipping option with tracking is available but please keep in mind that the shipping cost is different.
When you see the more expensive shipping option with the same destination, it means it includes tracking.
Right now we only have flat products, but once our collection has expanded into more types of merchandises in the future, some of them will be appointed to tracked shipping by default. -

- within Sweden: 1-7 working days
- EU countries: 7-21 working days
- Europe nonEU: 7-30 working days
- U.S: 2-6 weeks
- International: 4 weeks onwards.
(tracked orders)
- within Sweden: 1-5 working days
- EU countries: 3-14 working days
- Europe nonEU: 3-21 working days
- U.S: 1-2 weeks
- International: 1-4 weeks (depending on the country of destination's postal service)

Please keep in mind:
If you submitted a wrong shipping address or your order didn’t arrive 6 weeks after the estimated shipping times, we’re happy to send a replacement. All the fees, including non-tracked or tracked shipping, must be paid by the buyer. You must contact us (via e-mail or instagram DM) within 7 days of shipment arrival (if it's tracked), or 60 days after your purchase date. The reshipment fees must be paid within 14 days after the customer reached out to us.
But do note that if you have opted for untracked mail, there is not much that I can do as it is out of my control. I cannot be held responsible if your mail has been lost or stolen in shipment, therefore I cannot offer replacements.
You are always welcome to email us if you if have additional concerns but please understand that we are a small business doing our best with what we are in control of.
If you have opted for tracked shipping, and the package is marked as delivered but it hasn't arrived at your place yet, please wait for a few days since in rare occasions it ends up arriving later. But if doesn't show up for more than a week, please contact us and we’re happy to send a replacement with the tracked shipping. The reshipment fees must be paid by the buyer.
If the order arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement but it must be reshipped using tracked shipping. The reshipment fees must be paid by the buyer.
If the order arrives missing an item(s), please contact us through e-mail or instagram DM with the unboxing video when you opened the sealed mail as a proof (not photos). We're happy to send you the missing item(s) and we'll cover the shipping fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped out by us. We do not accept any cancellations once it's been shipped out.
We do not refund any orders that has been lost in mail that are shipped with standard without tracking shipment. We also cannot refund any tracked orders that's already been marked as delivered by the shipping service. Please check our shipping policy above to read in more detail.
If by any chance your order is returned to us, we will contact you through your email that you use to order to ask whether you want us to resend it or to refund you without resending it.
